In November 2010, about the dullest time of the year we got the opportunity to bring some heat and passion to the commercial breaks in Sweden. Led by director Magnus Aronson we animated this vibrant piece promoting Viking Line’s theme cruises on the Baltic Sea.

With a strong edit and a print campaign as starting point, we worked closely with Magnus to develop a style which increased the energy of the edit even further.

Creating the kaleidoscopic background was an interesting challenge animation-wise, since it’s a balance of control over the individual elements and the irregular nature of the kaleidoscopic world.
