VES nominations for Shogun

ILP had the honor of contributing to 7 out of the 10 episodes of the epic limited series Shōgun. With a focus on historical authenticity, we were responsible for creating large-scale full CG environments, vast crowd work, a devastating landslide, and sweeping water simulations.
We’re super excited to be VES-nominated for our work on Shōgun in a total of three categories:

• Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Episode for “Anjin”
• Outstanding Compositing & Lighting in an Episode for Broken to the Fist: Landslide
• Outstanding Effects Simulations in an Episode, Commercial, Game Cinematic, or Real-Time Project for Broken to the Fist: Landslide
