Book of Boba Fett
The Book of Boba Fett follows bounty hunter Boba Fett as he establishes himself as the new crime lord on Tatooine. Part of the Star Wars franchise, this mini series takes place in the same timeframe as The Mandalorian and its other spin-offs after the events of Return of the Jedi (1983).
2021
ILP was involved in several episodes. We built the notorious Sarlacc in full for the first time, creating the very well known creature that it is, both for the escape of Boba Fett after being swallowed in the movie Return of the Jedi, as well as for his revisit to retrieve his armour.
The Sarlacc therefore provided an opportunity to develop both the exterior physiology as well as the Sarlacc’s acidic insides.
In addition ILP also did significant creature work developing the sand monster in episode 1. We also worked on an environment world on the forested planet where Grogu is training, showing ant-like robots rebuilding the jedi temple.
